The Work

Alongside our contract work for builders, we take on complete renovation for individual homeowners. The appeal is the same one that makes builders hand us a whole tower: you deal with one contractor instead of separately hiring an electrician, a plumber, a POP man, a tiler and a painter — and then refereeing between them when their work meets.

A flat renovation is a small building project running in a lived-in space, often with a society's permissions, timings and lift restrictions to work around. That coordination is most of the job, and it is what usually goes wrong when the trades are hired piecemeal.

What the scope covers

  • Electrical wiring, points, DB and fittings
  • Plumbing lines, concealed work, bathroom and kitchen fittings
  • POP false ceilings, cornices and wall finishes
  • Kitchen platforms, counters and dado
  • Bathroom waterproofing and full fit-out
  • Flooring, tiling and skirting
  • Painting, putty and finishing
  • Civil work — wall changes, niches and structural openings
How We Keep It Precise

The details that decide the finish

Anyone can lay the material. What separates a finish that holds up from one that does not is the work that happens before it goes on.

01

Services planned before anything is closed

Electrical points and plumbing routes are marked against how you actually intend to use each room, before POP or tiling covers them. Moving a point afterwards means breaking open finished work.

02

One contractor, no coordination on you

Electrician, plumber, POP and tiling teams all work for us, so the sequencing between them is our problem to schedule rather than a series of phone calls for you to make.

03

Working around a live building

Society permissions, working hours, lift usage and debris removal are planned in from the start, so the work does not stall halfway because of a rule nobody checked.

04

Waterproofing before the finish

Bathroom and kitchen wet areas are waterproofed and tested before tiling, exactly as on a tower project. A renovation is the one chance to fix what the original builder rushed.
