Tower 28 is the sale component of the Navjeevan SRA CHS Ltd. mixed-use redevelopment in Malad (East), developed by Right Channel Constructions (Shivshakti Builders and Developers) under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority scheme. The scheme runs to about 10 buildings in total, including Tower 28's 4 sale wings (A, B, C & D) of roughly 22 floors each, alongside the separate SRA rehabilitation buildings. Wings A, B, C & D have already received their Occupancy Certificate and are occupied, while the SRA rehabilitation buildings are still under construction.
