What Happens At This Stage

Every project starts with Bhadresh walking the structure floor by floor, not a quote drawn up from a set of plans. RCC work rarely matches the drawing exactly — a slab level runs slightly off, a shaft is narrower than shown, a wall the plumber needs isn't where the structural drawing put it. Those are the things a site visit catches and a drawing never will.

We walk every floor, note the condition of the structure, check for the details that change how the finishing work has to be sequenced, and talk to the builder's site team about what has already been decided and what is still open. The scope that comes out of this visit is what we actually quote and plan against.

What we check at this stage

  • Structure condition checked floor by floor
  • Levels and openings verified against the drawing
  • Water and electrical points confirmed against the fit-out plan
  • Access, storage and material staging worked out with the builder's team
  • Existing site team and ongoing trades noted for sequencing
  • Scope of finishing work confirmed unit by unit
Why This Stage Matters

What skipping it would cost

01

Drawings don't build the flat, the structure does

A quote based only on drawings inherits every gap between the drawing and what actually got cast. Walking the site closes that gap before a number is given, not after work has started.

02

Sequencing is decided here, not on day one of work

Which floors are ready, which trades are still active, and where material can be staged — all of this shapes the plan. Deciding it upfront avoids a crew standing idle because a floor isn't actually free.

03

One person who has seen the whole structure

Bhadresh visits personally rather than sending the scope out for a desk estimate. The person quoting the work is the person who has stood on every floor.

What you have at the end of this stage

  • A floor-by-floor scope of the finishing work required
  • Site conditions and constraints documented
  • The basis for the planning stage that follows
