What Happens At This Stage

Every unit is walked and checked against our own snag list before it is ever offered to the builder for inspection. That means the defects you would normally find on a builder walkthrough — a tile joint out of line, a fitting not aligned, a door that doesn't close flush — are found and corrected by us first.

The result is a building that is genuinely ready for possession, not one that looks ready until someone starts checking closely. We would rather you find nothing on your walkthrough than have to send a floor back to us after the flat is already sold.

What we check at this stage

  • Every unit walked against an internal snag list
  • Defects corrected before the builder's inspection
  • Fixtures, fittings and finishes checked for alignment and function
  • Common areas and amenities finished alongside the units
  • Final clean-up and protection before possession
  • Documentation and sign-off handed to the builder
Why This Stage Matters

What skipping it would cost

01

We find the defects before you do

An internal snagging pass, unit by unit, means the builder's own inspection is a confirmation of finished work, not a list of things still to fix.

02

Inspection-ready means sellable, not just complete

The bar is what a buyer will notice on their own walkthrough — alignment, finish, function — not just whether the work is technically done.

03

Nothing gets handed over undocumented

What was done, where, and to what specification is recorded and handed to the builder, so there is a clear record behind every unit that changes hands.

What you have at the end of this stage

  • Every unit snagged, corrected and inspection-ready
  • Common areas finished alongside the units
  • A building ready to hand over to buyers
